The Parish Council was notified on 24th April 2024 that the anticipated planning application for 55 dwellings on the land north of Squires Rd is now live on Rugby Borough Council planning portal.
The Parish Council has spent some time studying the plans and agreed its’ formal response at it’s ordinary meeting on 13th May 2024. The letter was emailed to Planning Officer, Mr Paul Varnish on 16th May 2024, and copied to Warwickshire County Councillor Dale Keeling along with Rugby Borough Councillors Jill Simpson-Vince and Jon Bennett. If you have an opinion on the proposed development you are encouraged to send your comments directly to Mr Varnish but please send a copy to the Parish Council as well please.
The application reference is R24/0289 the deadline for comments is 24th May 2024.
